About the Presenter
Dr. Jessica Daikeler, Postdoctoral Researcher, GESIS Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences
Dr. Jessica Daikeler is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the GESIS - Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences, specializing in Survey Design and Methodology. A distinguished alumna of the University of Mannheim, Germany, she earned her Ph.D., conducting part of her research at the esteemed University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
During her academic journey, Dr. Daikeler bridges the gap between traditional survey methodologies and digital behavioral data, encompassing sources such as tweets, GPS data, and textual information. Now, she assumes a pivotal role as the coordinator of the Competence Center for Data Quality in the Social Sciences (KODAQS), further contributing to the advancement of research methodologies in her field.
